British Arts Show

Come and see the UK’s biggest, most influential art exhibition – right here in Plymouth!

The British Art Show (BAS7) will be on display in Plymouth from 17 September to 4 December 2011.

This massive art exhibition only tours once every 5 years and is coming to Plymouth for the first time in its 35-year history!

See paintings, drawings, sculpture, installations, video, film and performances from a wide range of artists – all of whom were either born or work in Britain.

You can also enjoy a packed programme of events and activities for families, adults, young people and more – most of which will be free to take part in!

BAS7 will be viewed as one exhibition across five different venues: Peninsula Arts Gallery, University of Plymouth; Plymouth Arts Centre; Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery; Plymouth Art College Gallery and the Slaughterhouse at the Royal William Yard. Admission is free.
